Project
Heavy Rain postpoem observes water droplets striking the ground. Their surface tension collapses, dispersing kinetic energy outward in a brief radial burst. The collision produces micro-splashes and air-pocket oscillations that generate the percussive sound we recognize as rainfall. Each impact is a negotiation between gravity, resistance, and surface texture. The drawing records these repeated micro-events that accumulate into a dense acoustic field.
This piece is part of an augmented hybrid drawings series, developed through human-machine processes and accompanied by an AR component.
