When will my order ship out?
All orders are packed and shipped from New York City. I typically ship orders within 5-7 business days. However, shipping times may vary depending on the type of product. Some handmade items take longer to produce, as indicated in the product description. In such cases, shipping times may be longer.
It’s just me running this shop, so your patience and support mean the world to me!
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on where you’re located:

Within the U.S.: Allow 2-7 business days after your order ships.

International Orders: Delivery can take 2-4 weeks, depending on location and customs processing.
If it has been longer than these timeframes and you believe your package is missing, please email me at support@thirdnature.art so we can resolve the issue together.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder—emails can sometimes get stuck there. If you still can’t find it, email me at support@thirdnature.art with your name and order details, and I’ll resend your confirmation.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Please place your orders mindfully. My pieces are handcrafted, limited editions, and often one-of-a-kind, so I do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns unless expressly stated in the product description.

My package arrived damaged/missing. What can I do?
For damaged packages:
If your package was damaged in transit, email me at support@thirdnature.art with photos of the damage, and I’ll work with you to find a solution.
For missing packages:
- Check the delivery timeframes (see: "When will my order arrive?").
- If your package is still missing after that, contact me. Sometimes items get returned to me as undeliverable.
While I carefully pack all orders, once they are shipped, I cannot control how carriers handle them. For added security, I recommend including tracking with your shipment and, for valuable items, purchasing insurance.
I’m missing something from my order!
I’m so sorry! I do my best to pack every order carefully, but I’m human and mistakes can happen. If something is missing, email me at support@thirdnature.art, and I’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Will there be fees or taxes on my package?
For international orders, customs fees, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
If these fees are unpaid, the package may be returned to me. In such cases, I’ll refund your order minus the original shipping costs.
Why don’t you ship to my country?
If your country isn’t available at checkout, email me at support@thirdnature.art, and I’ll look into the logistics to deliver to your country. Due to VAT and compliance regulations, I currently do not ship outside of North America. (But will do soon!)
