SHIPPING POLICY

United States Orders

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery time: typically 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping service you choose.
  • You may upgrade to insured or expedited shipping at checkout.
  • Tracking is recommended for peace of mind and to monitor delivery status.
  • Please note: I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. For valuable purchases, I strongly recommend insured shipping.

Canada & Mexico Orders

  • Orders are shipped via USPS International Mail or UPS.
  • Delivery time varies but generally takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs.
  • Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and/or fees charged by their country. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
  • Standard USPS First Class International may not include tracking. If you prefer full tracking and insurance, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. However, I will gladly assist you in working with your carrier to resolve the issue with your order. If you need help, please email support@thirdnature.art.

Paintings and Fine Art Printed Editions

Paintings and Fine Art Printed Editions are unique, limited works of art. To ensure their safe delivery:

  • All paintings are shipped with insurance and tracking. This is the only available option, as it protects both you and the artwork.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but you will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Because paintings are one-of-a-kind, replacements are not possible.
  • Returns are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged and the damage is documented within 48 hours of delivery. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued after the return is completed.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and/or fees that may apply in Canada or Mexico.

Limited-Edition Products

Because my products are handcrafted and produced in limited editions:

  • Returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated in the product description.
  • Refunds are only issued if items are returned in their original condition and approved.
  • Since many items are one-of-a-kind or produced in minimal runs, replacements are usually not possible. In those cases, a refund will be offered instead.
  • Exchanges are not available unless specifically noted in the product description.
