RETURN POLICY

At ThirdNature.Art, each piece is handcrafted as part of a limited-edition collection.

Many works are one-of-a-kind and therefore non-replaceable, unless otherwise stated in the product description. I take great care in crafting and delivering these unique works, and I hope you cherish your purchase.

Returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly stated in the product description or approved in exceptional circumstances. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

If returns are explicitly permitted for your item:

  • They must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Refunds will not be provided for items returned without prior approval or for returns received in damaged condition.
  • Paintings and one-of-a-kind works: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged and is documented within 48 hours of delivery. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued after the return is completed. Replacements are not possible.

Return Process & Refund

To request a return, please email support@thirdnature.art with:

  • Your full name (as used on the order)
  • Order number
  • The item you’d like to return
  • A brief explanation of your reason for the return
  • A photo clearly showing the item’s condition

If your return is approved, I will provide a prepaid return label. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (costs vary depending on package size, weight, and carrier). Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

For your consideration

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (including free shipping promotions) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after I receive and inspect the return. You will be notified by email once your refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately at support@thirdnature.art with photos. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If this happens, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. I can assist you through the filing process with the carrier, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer. Tracking is recommended for peace of mind and to monitor delivery status. For valuable purchases, I strongly recommend insured shipping.
